As the largest gathering in the Lancashire clog dancing calendar, this is a fantastic opportunity to experience this unique traditional dance. For the full programme please see below.

Dancing at the Market: - 11.45am to 12.30pm, 1pm to 1.30pm, 2.15pm to 3.00pm

Mass Dance finale: - 3.00pm to 4.00pm at the Market

Wet Weather Plan: If it rains, all dance teams will perform inside the Atrium at the Castle.

You can get up to date information from www.clogcomp.org.uk or from the Lancashire & Cheshire Clog Dancing Competitions Facebook page.

Clog maker Phil Howard will be at Clitheroe Castle throughout the day. Phil makes the whole clog, sole and uppers as well as cutting his own shods, heels and brass toe tins so be sure to call in and see some beautiful examples of a traditional British craft.
