Local Development Framework (LDF)
LDF Evidence Base
It is a required of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act (2004) that the policies contained within the LDF are based on a sound, credible and robust evidence base. A series of documents will therefore be produced to inform these policies and where necessary they will be updated on a regular basis.
