Sign up For Council Tax E-billing and access your account 24/7

If you want to do your bit for the environment and access your council tax account 24/7 then sign up for e-billing at Ribble Valley Borough Council.
Over 2,000 people have already signed up for the council’s Council Tax Online or Business Rates Online since its launch last year.
Not only does e-billing offer you a raft of round-the-clock features, but it saves money in printing and postage – about £4,000 a year, so far – which will be reinvested in council services.
Council Tax Online and Business Rates Online means you can access your account whenever you want, check your council tax or business rates, sign up for e-billing and view or download bills.
You can also notify the council of a change of address, request or cancel a single person discount and view or change your contact details.
Mark Edmondson, Ribble Valley Borough Council’s head of revenues and benefits, said: “Council Tax Online and Business Rates Online give householders and businesses the convenience of accessing their council tax or business rates accounts at a time that suits them.
“It also reduces printing and postage costs, which helps Ribble Valley Borough Council maintain the lowest council tax rate in Lancashire and reduce our carbon footprint, so it’s good for the environment, too.”
