Parking Fines (PCN)

Parking enforcement

We carry out parking enforcement on Ribble Valley Borough Council car parks only.

Parking enforcement on the street (yellow lines, limited waiting etc.) is carried out by Lancashire County Council.

Parking fines are known as Penalty Charge Notices (PCN) and can be issued by us or Lancashire County Council.

A parking ticket (PCN) issued on our car parks will have a reference number RV07******

Follow the instructions on the reverse side of the PCN if you wish to challenge or pay the PCN. All challenges must be in writing
