Expression of Interest Now Closed

The deadline to express interest in the Jubilee Grant has now passed. If you have been successful, you will be invited to complete a full application. Supporting evidence will be required at full application. Applications will be reviewed in order of receipt.

Objectives of the Scheme

This grant scheme intends to deliver legacy projects across the borough to strengthen the borough’s economy and communities by funding capital projects.

Amount of Grant

Grants of up to £100,000 are available to eligible organisations. Schemes that have secured match funding will be scored favourably.

All Expressions of Interest received will be considered by the Shared Prosperity and Jubilee Fund Working Group, with their recommendations on which projects will be invited to submit a full application reported to Policy and Finance Committee on 16 June 2026.

Project Monitoring

Applicants will be required to submit to requested site visits from Ribble Valley Borough Council officers during and upon completion of the agreed project, and to provide updates on progress towards the achievement of fund/project priorities, outputs and outcomes at timescales agreed in advance of project commencement.
