Planning Enforcement Appeals
Formal planning enforcement notices are issued by the Council when it appears to them that there has been a breach of planning control. Anyone served with such a notice has a right to appeal. Planning enforcement appeals are dealt with by the Planning Inspectorate, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Bristol BS1 6PN, but the public notification requirements for the appeal are carried out by the Council.
