Connecting Crafts: 24 January– 19 March

The Platform Gallery's first exhibition of the year brings together two established Crafts, Printmaking and Ceramics through revered Northern Craft organisations; the Northern Potters Association and 10 Strong Artists.  It is the aim of this exhibition to highlight and showcase the wealth of talented artists that belong to these organisations and the wider goal of the gallery to connect visitors with local contemporary makers and their crafts

Craft Open: 4 April – 18 June

The Platform Gallery's annual exhibition, known for highlighting the wealth of talented craft makers surrounding the Platform Gallery. Connecting visitors with local contemporary makers and their crafts.

Made In Lancashire: 11 July – 3 September

The very best of Lancashire Craft. A mix of craft disciplines by a small group of artists working across an array of disciplines united by their Lancashire connection. 

Northern Star: 4 October – 24 December

Guiding you to the best of British craft talent this winter. Showcasing the best of British making, Northern Star provides inspiration for that perfect handmade gift or treat. Join us as we celebrate creativity this Christmas season.

Painting Exhibition bySteve Rostron: 19 March

Exhibition by Sabden based artist Steve Rostron bringing a broad display of his new paintings. The display will feature his semi abstract landscapes inspired by the area. His work is moody, atmospheric and powerful. Framed and unframed works of differing scales will be here to enjoy, flick through the browser & meet Steve.

Ribblesdale High School Art Show 2022: 26 - 29 May

Ribblesdale High School Art and Textiles Exhibition 2022, 60 GCSE pupils will be showcasing their talents using a variety of techniques and medium. There will be over 70 pieces of work on display including 3D, textile prints, hand embroidery, fabric and paper manipulation, lino prints and fine art painting.

Angela Baptie Exhibition: 3, 4, 9,10, 11 December

Local Landscape and Abstract painter, Angela Baptie, will be returning to The Mix this Christmas. For two weekends only, she will be showcasing a selection of new paintings together with her Pendle prints and gifts. An exhibition not to be missed!

The Foundation for Ribble Valley Families Charity Calendar Stall : 3 December

The Foundation is joining us to sell their new 2023 calendars. The charity has collaborated with Draw Clitheroe to produce a stunning 2023 Calendar as a tribute to the art and community in our lovely town. The calendars are selling for £7.50 and all proceeds are going to the charity.
