Planning Application Search

Due to a technical issue the council’s online planning application search function is no longer available. A replacement solution, to allow interested parties to view current planning documents online, has been developed and can be searched below.

All current live planning applications will be available to view by Friday 6 November and all new valid applications will be available.

PLEASE NOTE: Whilst all of the planning application documents for each application will be available to view online, the full file, including consultee and neighbour comments, will be available to view at the council offices during normal opening hours.

The information available to view on this website is uploaded for consultation purposes only - to assist members of the public wishing to make comments on nearby proposals for which no decision has yet been made. Not all of the documents on each file are uploaded.

To view the whole of a planning application, or to view the final versions of plans after a decision has been made you will need to visit the Planning Department, Council Offices, Church View, Clitheroe, BB7 2RA, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Please note that documents are uploaded as soon as we are able to do so, but not necessarily instantly upon receipt. Technical problems and procedural delays can affect our ability to upload documents and no guarantee can be made that electronic information will be available to fit in with consultation deadlines.

We cannot be held legally responsible for any inaccuracies or omissions on the site that result in loss or inconvenience or for representations from anyone commenting on a planning application that may contain libellous or defamatory statements.
